A new Fuel Levy setting has been added to the Edit Customer screen. This gives you control over each customer and if you want them to pay the global Fuel Levy.
When Fuel Levy is enabled globally in: Settings > Admin Settings > Other Settings > Current Orders Tab > Add Fuel Levy = Yes
The Fuel Levy will automatically apply to all customers by default.
You can now override this setting on an individual customer basis by disabling Fuel Levy within that customer’s profile.
This allows you to:
Enable the Fuel Levy globally for all customers
Exclude specific customers from being charged the Fuel Levy
This is useful when the Fuel Levy applies to most customers, but selected customers are exempt from this charge.
